DATES FOR 2010 SUMMER SPHS REGISTRATION WILL BE MONDAY AUGUST 23, 2010 FOR SENIORS AND JUNIORS, AND TUESDAY AUGUST 24, 2010 FOR SOPHOMORES AND FRESHMAN. Exact times to report for registration will be listed within each registration packet.
New students to the District in 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade who have not already pre-registered at the High School for the 2010-2011 school year need to contact the Registrar, Ms. Rebecca Quinones at 626-441-5820, X2906 to make an appointment for their pre-registration. This service will be available from April 27th, 2010 on through July 27, 2010, by appointment only. From July 28 to August 9, the High School office will be closed in preparation for High School Registration, which will take place on Tuesday August 25th for Seniors & Juniors, and on Wednesday August 26th for Sophomores and Freshman. Registration packet pick up will be available from Tuesday August 10, 2010 to Friday August 20, 2010. Registration packets must be picked up by the parent or legal guardian of the student, and parents/guardians are expected to provide photo identification at the time of packet pick up.
This year, the district will not be requiring proof of residency at registration for currently enrolled students. You will be expected to verify your current address, phone numbers and email address as printed out from the school's database, and turn in a completed District Acknowledgement Form. You only need to bring in three current proofs of residence if you have recently moved to a South Pasadena address which is different from the address of record in the school's database. School begins on Monday August 30, 2010.

You may not register for school until you reside in South Pasadena and have your appropriate three proofs of residence, and registration must be done by the parent or legal guardian of the child. Guardianships and Dual Family Residencies must be approved in advance by the Personnel Office at the District Office. Utility Bill (Example: Southern California Edison, The Gas Company, Water Bill) – dated within the past month
Time Warner Cable Bill – dated within the past month

Car Insurance Statement – dated within the past 6 months to 1 year
Health Insurance Statement – dated within the past month
Bank Statement (or signed letter on bank letterhead with the South Pasadena address) – dated within the past month
